Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC, officialy PWGSC) intends to retain a Prefessional Mechanical Engineering Services through the Mechanical and Electrical Supply Arrangement(E0225-150564). The purpose of this Carbon Neutral Study is to identify the technologies, practices and strategies available, and determine the investment required, to reduce carbon emissions from the direct and indirect burning of fossil fuels used as an energy source in existing buildings operations and science operations.
