The Shared Travel Services Directorate (STSD) of the Integrated Services Branch, Public Services and Procurement Canada, has a requirementfor the services of an Annual Mystery Shopper Assessment.
Scope of Work:
- The Contractor must conduct an assessment of service accuracy and quality of travel bookings made by Government of Canada’s contracted Travel Management Company (TMC).
- The assessment must be in the form of Mystery Shopping
- The Contractor’s assessment must include bookings made through two channels: the Online Booing Tool and the Travel Call Center.
