This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W0113-13CS01/A dated November 27, 2013 with
a closing date of January 01, 2014 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard
Time (EST).
THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Title: Prior Learning Assessment
Department of National Defence, CFB Borden, ON has a
requirement for the analysis of individual applications
(portfolios) for related military Health Services course(s).
The work to be carried out requires thorough examination of
individual applications and comparison to standard military
documents with associated ancillary administration, such as case
tracking and reporting. Some of the analysis include but not
limited to:
- Examples of the applicant's work;
- Prior Canadian Forces (CF) or civilian course reports;
- Course curricula from educational facilities;
- Synopses of related training employment; etc.
A complete description of the work and tasks are detailed in the
Request for Proposal at Annex A.
It is Mandatory that all individuals designated by the
Contractor to perform any of the work outlined in the Statement
of Work must either:
a) Hold a current "Enhanced Reliability" security clearance (or
higher) by bid closing date and time; or
b) have applied for an "Enhanced Reliability" security clearance
(or higher) and show proof of having done so by bid closing date
and time.
The contract will be from the date of contract award to 31 March
2015 with irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract
by up to 2 additional 1 year period(s).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
