TSPS-SOLUTIONS
The Office of Audit and Evaluation (OAE), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Health Canada (HC), is seeking the services of a Contractor to conduct an Evaluation of Chemicals Management Plan (CMP).
The objective is to design, conduct and report on an evaluation of CMP to assess its relevance and performance (effectiveness, efficiency and economy), as required by the Financial Administration Act and the Treasury Board Policy on Results (2016), focusing particularly on program outcomes. The evaluation will provide the Deputy Ministers of Health Canada and Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), as well as senior management with reliable information to support decision-making regarding the CMP.
This evaluation is scheduled to be conducted between September 3, 2018 and September 30, 2019.
