Évaluation et vérification conjointes de la stratégie d’intervention précoce de la tordeuse des bourgeons de l’épinette – Phase II

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Natural Resources Canada is seeking a service provider to examine (i) whether the overall relevance and performance (i.e., effectiveness, efficiency, and economy) of the program per applicable TB submissions are in accordance with the TB Policy on Results and Section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act, and (ii) whether the overall management controls supporting the operations of this program are adequate, efficient, and effective. The evaluation and audit project criteria are to be discussed. The joint project will cover the period of Fiscal Year 2018-19 to 2020-21.
