The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) enquiry is as follows:
The Public Health Agency of Canada is enquiring whether or not the following expertise can be found from the ProServices list of pre-qualified suppliers listed under Stream 9: Business Consulting/Change Management for the category 9.4 Organization Development Consultant at the Senior Level.
The following work experience that would be needed:
Significant work experience (no less than 10 years) as an Organization Development Consultant.
Experience in undertaking reviews of Federal or Provincial/Territorial governance systems relevant to health.
Experience in the last 5 years having undertaken at least 2 projects related to reviewing the effectiveness of governance functioning and determining if changes are required.
Must be functionally bilingual in both Canadian Official Languages (English and French).
Travel within Canada may be required.
Suppliers must be available to begin any potential work for this requirement in January, 2017.
