The (NIHB) Program of the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) of Health Canada requires the services on “an as and when required” basis of:
Two (2) Orthodontists to undertake initial reviews and level 1 appeal reviews and possible level 2 and 3 reviews as required;
One (1) Orthodontist to undertake level 2 appeal reviews and possible initial, level 1, level 3 reviews as required;
One (1) Orthodontist to undertake level 3 appeal reviews and possible initial, level 1, level 2 reviews as required; and
One (1) Orthodontist to undertake initial reviews, level 1, 2, and 3 appeal reviews if required, in support of the NIHB Dental Predetermination Centre (DPC).
Up to five (5) separate Contracts may be awarded to ensure available resources when required.
