This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).
Description of the Requirement:
DND has a requirement to conduct a holistic assessment of RCN support functions with a view to improve processes with the adoption of the best industry practices or the introduction of modern practices processes to optimize capacity. Specifically, consultancy services to review processes constituting receiving, warehouse materiel management and distribution functions, develop a performance management framework, and identify technological and physical layout opportunities in Esquimalt,B.C. and Halifax, N.S. RCN warehouses.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 90 days.
Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract to 31 Mar 2018 (estimated).
Level of Security Requirement:
Secret
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
