Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has the
requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) " Compact
Excavator and attachments to the Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada,
Nappan Research Farm, 4016 Highway 302 Nappan, Nova Scotia,
B0L 1C0 by March 31th 2015. The requirement includes Warranty
Maintenance and Repairs of the excavator and the successful
Contractor must provide Excavator familiarization in accordance
with the requirement specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization
Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
It is mandatory that all the deliverables requested are to be
received on-site and set to work on or before 31 March 2015. If
delivery cannot be met, the contract will be terminated.
Sourcing: The Notice of Proposed Procurement will be posted on
the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a minimum
forty (40) day period.
