The Royal Canadian Army Cadet (RCAC) Programme conducts Expedition Training Activities and expeditions to develop leadership skills, while enhancing self-concepts, such as self-confidence, self-reliance, self-esteem and self-discipline.
The Contractor must provide instruction and supervision in various areas of technical expertise to meet the requirements of the planned activities. The contractor is required to provide six (6) instructors to carry out the training for the ?MOUNT COLUMBIA’ National Expedition. Attached at Annex A - Training Schedule ?MOUNT COLUMBIA’ is an example of the type of activities/programming that fit the intent of the expedition.
