Description of the Requirement:
The Contact Centre Services Directorate (CCSD) of CRA has a requirement to procure business consulting/change management services to assess the management, operational, and accountability structure of its contact centres, identify any aspects that may require further refinement as compared to industry leading practices, and to identify how changes should be made. The Contractor should complete a thorough examination of the governance model for contact centres, to evaluate whether the current functional model is optimal.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be for one year from date of contract award.
The contract will contain one irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to one additional year.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be for 600 hours.
The estimated level of effort of the first option period is currently not foreseeable.
