TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for: The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 (= $0 - $3.75M) for the following categories:
1.2 Organizational Design and Classification consultants – A team consisting of at least Two (2) Senior (Level 3) Resources.

Description of the Requirement:
Organizational Design and Classification Consultants on an as-requested basis to assist the Immigration and Refugee Board’s (IRB) new Operations and Regional Services structure.
Objective and Scope of Work:
Given the challenges the new Operations and Regional Services Branch is facing, a review of the organizational structure is required with the support of the Contractor’s resources as including but not limited to the following activities:
Analysis: Identifying gaps and areas for improvement based on consultation sessions with various staff and clients, at all levels, within the branch.
Recommendations: Proposing organizational structure options based on the guiding organizational design principles and conclusions of the analysis conducted.
Implementation Plan: Providing support, advice and guidance to prepare the Operations and Regional Services Management team in implementing the chosen recommendation.
Implementation Support: Drafting of new standardized and unique job descriptions based on the IRB’s chosen recommendation.
In the performance of the work, the Contractor’s consultant resources must consider the upcoming conversion of the classification standard for the PA Occupational Group. The majority of employees in the Branch are part of the PA Occupational Group (CR-04, CR-05, AS-01, AS-02, PM-01, PM-04, PM-05, PM-06 and AS-07).
