Security Requirement" paragraph in the Notice of Proposed
Procurement.

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.085000.001 -Storm Sewer Outlet No. 2
Reconstruction - Parliament Hill.
Project description: Supply and install approx. 110 meters of
new 600/400mm polyethylene storm sewer piping, including three
(3) new manholes to upgrade existing private storm sewer system.
Work is to be completed within Fifteen (15) weeks after contract
award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on January 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
Interested bidders shall meet at the Bytown Museum Building, 1
Canal Lane, Ottawa, Ontario (adjacent to Rideau Canal Locks,
Parliamentary Precinct).
