Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) This is Phase 1 of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; Phase 2 will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Project Description: The work of this Contract comprises the supply and installation of a new power distribution system, including wind turbines, solar panels, generators, inverters, battery systems, fuel systems, and associated equipment at Puffin Island, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 24 weeks. Enquiries: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority using the Messages function in SAP Ariba. General Information: The estimated cost is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by date and time indicated. All interested suppliers may submit a qualification submission. The issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
