This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 01965-160629/A dated 2015-10-26 with a closing of 2015-12-07 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has arequirement to purchase one (1) Wide Area Rotary Mower and ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Annex B - Requirement Wide Area Rotary Mower, to be delivered to AAFC, CEF Integrated Service, 960 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, by March 31, 2016.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority withinfifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person
