The Department of National Defense has a requirement for NSN:
8340 21 870 4891 slide fastener units, laced tent, overall
length 53 inches nominal. End item identification 5 and 10 man
arctic tent doorway P/N: 390543, NSCM: 35907
FIRM QUANTITY: 3,000 each to be delivered to CFB Montreal,
Quebec.
2,000 each to be delivered to CFB Edmonton, Alberta
DELIVERY REQUESTED: To be completed by November 1, 2014 or
sooner.
Technical Data will be issued to bidders, under separate cover,
upon request for it from through sending an email to the
Contracting Authority. Therefore, it is imperative that the
request for the Technical Data be made as soon as possible to
ensure timely receipt of the associated technical data. The
Crown will not be held responsible for untimely release of
technical data because the technical data package as well as the
sealed patterns shall be available for viewing at the following
Public Works and Government Services Canada regional offices:
Quebec, Quebec, Montreal, Quebec, Mississauga, Ontario,
Edmonton, Alberta and Winnipeg, Manitoba, Vancouver, B.C.
To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.
