TITLE: LED Aviation Lights
Transport Canada (TC) in Churchill, Manitoba has a reqirement
for the supply and delivery for 132 new AVLIGHT, MODEL AV70HI
LED AVIATION LIGHTS, SOLAR POWERED. These solar powered lights
are required as emergency lighting for various airport runway
lighting systems at the Churchill Airport in Churchill Manitoba.
Delivery to be made FOB destination including all delivery and
offloading charges to Transport Canada's Churchill Airport in
Churchill, MB R0C 0A0, preferably, on or before 31 August 2012.
The solar powered aviation lights must meet the requirements of
ICAO Annex 14, Volume 1, Fourth Edition. Para 5.3.17.7.

"Compliance Matrix".
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada/Peru Free
Trade Agreement, the Canada/Columbia Free Trade Agreement, and
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
