REQUIREMENT:
Public Service and Procurement Canada, on behalf of The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) wishes to procure a Pulse-Amplitude Modulated Fluorescence system specifically designed for the detailed analysis of microalgae photosynthetic parameters.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
All deliverables must be received on or before March 14, 2020.

There is not a Security Requirement with this Solicitation.
BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
