The work includes:
Demolition, removal and disposal of existing vault toilet buildings; Cleaning, removal and disposal of existing buried septic holding anks; Supply and construction of new pre-cast concrete vault toilet buildings Including the supply and construction of five (5) pre‐fabricated concrete 2 ‐ stall vault washroom buildings:
I. Supply, installation and priming of concrete septic tanks;
II. Supply and installation of precast concrete toilet building structures;
III. Supply and installation of the precast concrete roof;
IV. Supply and installation of all building accessories identified on the drawings; and
V. Landscaping finishing work.
