PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1. Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified within the IDP, the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through the Assessment, Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Approval Process, Issued for Tender and Issued for Construction and Project Close Out phases for the site to achieve the end result desired by the Province.

.2 The work to be accomplished under this project includes:
.1 Access road upgrades
.2 Enhance staging area at the west PLUZ Boundary with vault toilet installation
.3 Campground area and trail loop
.4 Day use area
.5 Lookout point
.6 Campground Loop Trail
.7 Spring Fling Loop
.8 Wolf Ridge Trail
.9 Upgrade signage using Alberta Forestry & Parks standard sign catalogue as needed.

ANTICIPATED PROJECT SCHEDULE
.1 The project schedule calls for commencement of Contract by September 01, 2026 and completion of Services by September 28, 2028.
