Alberta Forestry and Parks, Parks South requires Professional Arborist services within Cypress Hills Provincial Park (CHPP), specifically in and around the Elkwater townsite. The purpose of this work is to reduce wildfire risk to community infrastructure, improve emergency access and egress, and enhance public safety.
The scope includes:
a) Vegetation management in utility corridors, road rights-of-way (ROWs), and intersections to maintain safe sight-lines and access.
b) Vegetation management on public land adjacent to private structures and critical infrastructure.
