DND has a requirement to provide training for the Royal Canadian Air Cadets (hereafter called "Air Cadets") to undertake a Private Pilot Licence - Aeroplane course in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations (hereafter called "CARs"), consisting of ground school instruction and flight training to Transport Canada Standards.
The period of the Contract is from date of award to December 31, 2019 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to (4) four additional (1) one year periods under the same conditions.
