W6369-22-X043Data Science and Programming TrainingThe Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking to establish a contract to satisfy its requirement for self-paced online training for up to 100 people in the following three subject areas:Data Science;the R programming language/environment; andthe Python programming language.This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a one (1) year contract with two (2) additional one-year option periods.Tasks and Deliverables are detailed in Annex “A” of the Request for Proposal (RFP).The Mandatory and Point Rated Criteria are detailed in the RFP.For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.There is currently no contract in place for this service.DND reserves the right not to award a contract, regardless of the proposals received.Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
