Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), has a
requirement for the delivery of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)
courses in using Microsoft Outlook to manage time and priorities
and Microsoft Outlook to manage projects effectively in order to
increase employee's working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,
based productivity tools. The participants are employees of
PWGSC in 3 locations: the National Capital Area (NCA), Matane,
QC and Miramichi, NB.
The Standing Offer (SO) period will be for 1 year with the
irrevocable option to extend by 3 periods of one-year each.
PWGSC will issue up to 3 SOs, one per location as identified in
Annex A.
There is no security requirement associated with this
requirement.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently Directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

procurement.
