The National Energy Board (the NEB or the Board) has a requirement for the provision of Indigenous cultural competency training services, on a pre-scheduled and an "as-and-when requested" basis. As a knowledge-based organization, keeping staff knowledgeable and experienced is a Board priority. The successful Indigenous cultural training Bidder has the knowledge, experience and expertise to prepare NEB staff to comfortably, competently, and respectfully engage with Indigenous people in the context of their work.
