The requirement is for National Research Council Canada in Boucherville, Québec
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) as well as the Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation of mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria
