The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide support and programming to indeterminately sentenced offenders in the Ontario region. In particular, but not limited to, Indigenous, female and Ethno-cultural offenders. The services will support ALL indeterminately sentenced offenders, but special support will be provided with cultural sensitives to women, indigenous and ethno-cultural offenders. The work will involve the followingTo provide specialized, supportive services to indeterminately sentenced offenders in the Ontario Region. The Contractor must provide services to indeterminately sentenced offenders while taking into account the special needs of women, indigenous and ethnocultural offenders. The Contractor must deliver the Lifer Resource Strategy to indeterminately sentenced offenders within CSC and provide follow up support
