The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the for the purpose of providing security guard services, and associated support equipment whenever applicable, for CMHC’s National Office buildings at 700 Montreal Road (Buildings A, B and C) and Place d’Orléans (Building D) in Ottawa, Ontario.
The term of this contract is expected to be for 3 years, with two optional one-year renewal periods. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on March 27, 2017.
