A three (3) year Reginal Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply, delivery and offloading various custodial supplies on an as and when requested basis to various bases throughout western Canada. During Major Exercises and/or Domestic Operations, the Supplier must be able to deliver large quantities of product within tight timelines with minimal backorders.
The period of the Standing Offer will be three (3) years from date of issuance.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity applies to this procurement; refer to Part 5 - Certifications and Additional Information, Part 6A -Standing Offer, and Part 6B - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex titled Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically.
