A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of disposable tableware and other kitchen supplies on an ?as required? basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) for 5 locations in Alberta and Manitoba (Edmonton, Wainwright, Suffield, Cold Lake and Shilo).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
