Gananoque Ontario. Gananoque Port of Entry. 125 Water Street.
Project No: R.051475.001.
Work is to include exterior asphalt, new pressure treated wood
ramp, new pressure treated deck, exterior concrete works,
interior building mould remediation (minor), interior concrete
cutting/demolition, block/brick work, interior wall
demolition's, new wet cell installation, new stud/drywall
installation, new electrical, voice/data, new roof top HVAC
unit, millwork, demolition of existing plumbing, installation of
new plumbing/mechanical items, interior and exterior painting,
exterior wall repairs and new exterior fibre cement panel
installations.
This is a Crown-owned facility with Canada Border Services
Agency (CBSA) as the custodial department.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
An Optional site visit will be held on August 14, 2012 at 11:30
A.M. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit.
Interested contractors, please contact the Contracting Officer,

the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend prior to the site
visit. Interested bidders are to meet at the site, Gananoque
Port of Entry, 125 Water Street, Gananoque, Ontario X1X 1X1.
Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. Bidders
who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an
alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from
submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The duration of work is schedule to be completed by December
20, 2012.

cost category:
Between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00.
