CCGC Maintenance Garage
Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for Supply and construction of a new maintenance garage as shown on the drawings and described in the specification. Supply and installation of a new sanitary sewer system including excavation, backfill, pipe, bedding, manholes, frames and covers and connection to existing manhole. Clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill as required to construct the building foundations and as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Supply and installation of a new asphalt driveway and curbs. Supply and installation of a new concrete pad to support the diesel fuel tank. Electrical and mechanical fit-up of the building as noted in the drawings as specified and identified on the attached plans and Specification Job No R.065476.609. The location of this construction project is at Canadian Coast Guard College in Sydney, NS.
