Nature of Requirements:
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of the
Department of National Defence has a requirement for the rental
of one (1) 450 kW Generator in accordance with the terms and
conditions set out in Annex A - Requirement of this solicitation.
The rental is for an initial period of 1 year with the option to
rent the unit for up to an additional 6 months.
The equipment is to provide back-up power to Building 16 at 101
Goldenrod Drive Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa, Ontario.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
