Parks Canada is inviting proposals for the management, operation and maintenance of the Highlands Links Golf Course
(Highlands Links) and the Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa (Keltic Lodge) located within Cape Breton Highlands National Park of
Canada on the Cabot Trail in Ingonish, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Highlands Links is repeatedly ranked among the top golf courses in Canada and around the world. The Keltic Lodge boasts
guest rooms, executive suites and cottages, and guest services such as dining, meeting rooms and an AVEDA concept spa.
Perched on the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean, these two properties present an unrivalled opportunity to package world-class golf
and accommodations to a local, regional and international market.

Parks Canada will enter into a lease agreement with the successful proponent for up to forty-two (42) years commencing on
January 1, 2015 for the management, operation and maintenance of the Highlands Links and the Keltic Lodge.

Sealed Proposals marked “Solicitation Number: PCA-2014-14-CBHNP" will be accepted at the above noted address.
Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Daylight Saving Time on Tuesday, October 7, 2014.
No proposal shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required documents as stated in the RFP and received by
the date and time specified above. Proposals received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
