The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals for an experienced project manager capable of leading the CTC into its next lease negotiation. Deliverables include performing a needs assessment, market studies, providing a report recommendation, and leading the CTC through either a lease renewal or a new lease negotiation followed by managing a space design, renovations, and relocation of staff and equipment.
