Statistics Canada will be conducting physical health measures,
including drawing blood and collecting urine sample, until late
2015. The biological samples collected during the survey need
to be shipped to their reference labs three (3) times a week on
dry ice.
The CHMS group requires the supply and delivery of dry ice by a
national company to 12 site locations on a weekly basis when
each site location is operating.
Delivery will be made to the following locations:
ON: Toronto, Thunder Bay (non-urban), Kitchener/Waterloo
QC: Saguenay, St-Hyacinthe, Laval West, Montreal West
SK: Regina
BC: Kelowna, Terrace/Kitimat (non-urban)
NS: Shelburne area
NB: Fredericton
The contract will run from July 8, 2014 to December 31, 2015.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
