Scope of Work: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for a qualified general contractor for the re-cladding and upgrade of the building complex exterior including the attached buildings &
greenhouses, all involved walls, roofs, foundations, doors, windows,
mechanical systems, electrical systems and site work at Building B of 1219 Queen St. E in Sault Ste. Marie.
Optional Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 11:00am. Bidders are to meet at 1219 Queen St. E in Sault Ste. Marie.
