The Department of National Defence has a requirement for supply, delivery and installation of eleven (11) outdoor commercial aluminum viewing bleachers, as detailed herein, for 17 Wing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Delivery and installation are requested on orbefore March 31, 2016.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
