Creek Institution. 2000 Beaver Creek Drive. New 50 bed living
unit.
Work of this contract comprises of the construction of a New
2-storey correctional facility with partial basement. The
building contains 50 living units.
Work also includes the demolition of an existing small building
and site work for the new building as specified in the
specification and drawings.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on August 10, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at
the site. Interested bidders are to meet at the site, Beaver
Creek Institution, 2000 Beaver Creek Drive, Gravenhurst, Ontario.
Contractors are to meet at the Duty Office Building at the
sign-in security desk, in the reception area
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit attendance sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted. Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting
Officer, Sheila Dhanna at 416-512-5855, to confirm attendance
and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend, 48
hours prior to the site visit.

The duration of work is schedule to be completed within Forty
Eight (48) Weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of
the offer..
