Nature of Requirements:
Gravel, Shilo
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of
all labour, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and
transportation necessary to provide granular base aggregate
gravel - class "A", "B" and "C" for the Department of National
Defence (DND) and the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) at Shilo,
Manitoba. To be delivered on an "as and when needed" basis as
described in the requirement, Annex "A".
The Standing Offer will be in effect November 1, 2014 to October
31, 2015 inclusive with an irrevocable option to extend the term
of the Standing Offer for an additional one (1) consecutive
twelve(12) month period, under the same terms and conditions.
Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
