Work Description:
The project is to renovate the Royal Canadian Mounted Police residence in Tofino, BC. The project is comprised of selective demolition of interior elements, inclusive of abatement of hazardous materials.
The work includes, but is not limited to replacement of heat recovery ventilator and ductwork; renovation of an existing kitchen; conversion of an existing bedroom into a kitchen; conversion of an existing utility room into a new bathroom; construction of a new laundry closet with installation of a new washer / dryer; as well as the replacement of incoming domestic water service from the street main.
Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules and as shown in the drawings and specifications.
Site Visit:
There will be no site visit for this requirement.
Delivery Date:
The Contractor must complete the Work within 12 weeks of Contract award.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost $100,001.00 to $200,000.00.
