30 TON PICK AND CARRY CRANE
REQUIREMENT:
Procure a new 30 Ton Rough Terrain ?Pick and Carry? crane with outriggers. The reason for this purchase is to replace an aging Pick and Carry crane currently in use at our Seal Cove Base in Prince Rupert, with an option to purchase one additional unit for our Victoria CCG Base within one year of contract award.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2018.
OPTIONAL GOODS: Option to acquire the goods described at Annex ?A? of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. All deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2019
TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
