This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-175533/A dated 11/01/2017 with a closing of 22/02/2017 at 2PM EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
NPP amendment 003 is raised to extend the bid closing date to August 14, 2017.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase two (2) all terrain cranes and ancillary items, including training in accordance with Purchase Description for Crane All Terrain ded, 4090981 Rev A, dated 2016-12-12, to be delivered to CFB CFB SUP Halifax by 30 November, 2017.
The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to two (2) additional vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
