The purpose of this RFP is to engage one Proponent to provide and implement an enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. It must include comprehensive and robust Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) capabilities. The solution must provide a secure, scalable, and interoperable platform that supports identity lifecycle management across Health Shared Services (HSS) systems and applications. It must align with HSS’ strategic sourcing principles ensuring long-term value, operational resilience, and compliance with Canadian data residency and privacy regulations.
