The work under this contract involves the provision of a 30 ton down flow air conditioner plus all auxillary systems and work to facilitate the installation as indicated in the specifications. This project work occurs at the Holland Building Data Centre, located at Bedford Institute of Ocenography, Dartmouth, NS.
Site Visit: The site visit will be held on Tuesday October 24th, 2017 at 9:30am.
Location: 1 Challenger Dr., (Main Entrance) Bedford Institute of Oceanography, Dartmouth. All bidders to be signed in at the commissioners desk at the above noted address.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31st, 2018 from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior tothe closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
