Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the Replacement of the existing asphalt shingles on the sloped roofs and the re-capping of the 2-ply modified bitumen system on the flat roof of the Saint John Parole office/CCC, located at 23 Carleton Street, Saint John, NB.This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. . The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $100,001.00 to 500,000.00. Delivery date is (24) weeks after award of contract. Bid security will be a requirement for this tender during Phase 2.
