This requirement is to acquire Test Equipment of the following:
1. IFR4000 NAV/COM TEST SET
2. IFR6000 ATC TEST SET ( MUST BE ADS-B COMPLIANT )
3. IFR6000-OPT3 ATC TEST SET ( ADS-B- MAKES THE ABOVE ADS-B COMPLIANT )
4. 101-01175 DPS1000 PITOT STATIC TEST SET
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Canada anticipates one (1) contract will result from this solicitation.
