Scope of Work
Soil remediation of non-hazardous metal contaminated soils at
Griffith Island Light Station. The Light Station is located on
the east side of Griffith Island in Georgian Bay approximately
8km northeast of Big Bay and 30 km north of Owen Sound, Ontario.
This is a water access only site.
Non-hazardous contaminated soil removal and off-site disposal,
approximately 910 tonnes. Supply and place topsoil,
approximately 910 cu m..
Removal of shrubs/small trees, approximately 400 sq m.. Supply
and place fertilizer, grass seed mixture and straw control
blanket, approximately 2,700 sq m..

SITE VISIT:
At the present time there is "no" site visit.
Closing date: 08 August 2013, 14:00 HOURS
The duration of work is schedule to be completed six (6) weeks
from date of award.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category:
Between $250,000.00 and $450,000.00 (HST extra).

Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If such a list has not been received
by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will
inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the
information. Failure to provide such a list within the required
time frame will render the bid non-responsive. Bidders must
always submit the list of directors before contract award.
A COMPLETE LIST OF EACH INDIVIDUAL WHO IS CURRENTLY ON THE
BIDDER'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (SEE APPENDIX 2 OF THE "ITT"
DOCUMENT)
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
