Industry Canada (IC) - Canadian Intellectual Property Office has
a requirement for the printing, production, and delivery of
50,000 file folders.
The Contract is in effect for a period from the date of award to
June 15, 2013 inclusively.
The mandatory delivery dates at the final destinations are on or
before October 15, 2012 and on or before May 15, 2013 by no
later than 3:00 PM.
This requirement is solely limited to Canadian goods and/or
services.
The responsive bidder with the lowest total evaluated price will
be recommended for contract award.
Quantity:
25,000 file folders must be delivered on or before October 15,
2012.
25,000 file folders must be delivered on or before May 15, 2013.

The bar code must match the folder label numbering so they can
be scanned into the client's system.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
