The Department of National Defense, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Kingston, Engineering Support Squadron located in Kingston, ON
has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and all
required training for ONE (1) 42" wide format monochrome and
colour printer. The printer must come configured with an initial
set of all imaging consumables for full operation at
installation. The contractor must remove existing wide format
printer Oce 9400-II + Oce 9400-II Scanner (They are 2 pieces of
a single unit) in an environmentally sensitive manner as
detailed in Annex D, Environmental Requirements.
All the deliverables must be received and installed on or before
May 8, 2015.
The Contractor shall grant to Canada an irrevocable option to
purchase up to 4 years of extended warranty services at anytime
throughout the contract period.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
